The African Caribbean Food Market, Fondly known as Man Must Wak has been a Bay area favorite since 1998. It was founded by the late Charles Amamgbo. We specialize in authentic African and Caribbean food products. Strategically located on the corner of 8th and Clay streets in downtown Oakland, It has been serving the communities in the bay area and beyond with great seasonings and hard to find grains. We also have recipe cards available to assist you in making delicious mouth watering dishes.
